Job Summary

The Content Marketing Specialist position is responsible for assisting the Marketing Team with the daily task of promoting the organization’s brand messages via content creation for traditional and digital media outlets.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling storytelling case studies to promote capabilities and solutions.
• Film and edit short form and long-form content to support global operations across eight major offices in different time zones.
• Edit case studies and sizzle reels to be used in client presentations to secure business opportunities.
• Utilize the advancements of artificial intelligence, to expedite certain tasks; create images, such as thumbnails and mockups, that would serve as inspiration; upscale, denoise, and sharpen photos and videos; clean audio.
• Record voice scripts that would serve as a narrative of the project’s story.
• Use mixed media and source content across multiple platforms to incorporate in and support video messaging.
• Aid in creating an organized database of all media, assets, and documents, tied to individual projects for all employees to access.
• Continuously bring fresh ideas to the table that would not only benefit the marketing team, but the company.
• Edit videos in differing styles, depending on the client or solution while maintaining the brand, voice, and identity intact.
• Create and share content briefs when collaborating with freelancers in different states, or countries to document product launches, global office events, and industry highlights.
• Manage the growing collection of local media to easily allow for project handoff during postproduction.
• Collaborate on all elements of content creation from planning, story boarding, lighting, filming, editing, coloring, audio recording/mixing and delivery.
• Work independently and with employees across multiple time zones to meet deadlines.
• Be able to deliver and receive constructive feedback on all aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or similar field.
• 3 Years of experience in video content creation.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience, specifically Premiere Pro CC, Photoshop and After Effects.
• AI Tools experience preferred (Chat GPT, etc.)
• Agency experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Moving photography equipment. (Camera gear, tripods, C-Stands, Background papers).
• Occasionally help move retail displays in the office or store settings.
